Attempts
have been made to preserve the scenic greenery of the hilly terrain with
evergreen pines, streams and rivulets. Special emphasis has been made to
preserve its fresh and unpolluted air. The architect designers have been
directed by the Institute to make the buildings eco-friendly.
A
long awaited dream of the North Eastern Indira Gandhi Regional Institute
