Laboratory Services:

• Central Collection Center: Located in the First Floor, Room no. 128. All blood and urine samples are collected here.
• Certain specialized tests are done on selected days of the week by their respective laboratory department

• Reports to be collected from the respective OPD

• Week days - 9:00 am to 3:00 pm.
• Saturdays - 9:00 am to 11:00 am.

Visiting Hours: Visitors are allowed only at notified visiting hours as follows:

Weekdays:

• Morning: 7:00 am - 8:00 am.
• Afternoon: 1:30 noon - 2:30 pm.
• Evening: 4:00 pm - 6:00 pm

Sundays and Holidays:

• Morning: 7:00 am - 8:00 am.
• Afternoon: 12:00 noon - 1:45 pm.
• Evening: 4:00 pm - 6:00 pm
  

Public Facilities:
The following facilities are available in the campus:

• Two pharmacies are available inside the Hospital building. Jan Aushadi Pharmacy which is located near MRD and Amrit Pharmacy which is located near the Medical Superintendent Office. Two Outsource Pharmacies are also available outside the hospital building located in Public Utility Block.
• Snack bar / Coffee Shop are located on the Ground Floor, 2nd floor and also in the Public Utility Block.
• Auto Teller Machine (ATM) are available in Ground Floor OPD area
• Bank, ATM, Post Office, Grocery Shop etc..are located in the Public Utility Block.
• Drinking water facility is available in all the floors in the waiting area.
• Adequate Toilet facilities are available in all the floors.
• Facilities like wheel chair, stretches, patients trolley available at the OPD entrance and the Emergency Unit.

Other Information:

• Enquiry Counter is located at the entrance of the OPD area.
• Directional sign boards are located at each floor for convenience of patients
• All OPD patients are registered and issued an OPD card for consultation.
• Medical Social Work Unit is located in 1st Floor adjacent to Cardiology Ward area to assist the BPL and other poor patients for free treatment / Counseling etc.
• Diet consultation is provided by the Dietician in the OPD area.
• Physiotherapy services are provided at room no. 900
• Private ward facility is also available. Contact Medical Superintendent's Office for details.
• Suggestion / Complaint Box are provided at various locations in the hospital.
• Payment done in the Billing Section.
• Detailed information on charges for investigations, procedures, etc. Shall be available with the Billing Section of Medical Record Department.
