- Patient care- to become a world-class neurosurgical set up where patients can get affordable care. This we are planning to achieve by developing state of the art infrastructure and developing subspecialties like vascular, functional, spine, paediatric neurosurgery.
- Human resource development- As Neurosurgical services are highly lacking in the Northeast we would like to train and attract competent neurosurgical care providers and also help interested persons to develop excellence in subspecialities.
- Research and development- Medical science is fast changing and is in a very exciting phase. We at Neurosurgery NEIGRIHMS would like to be part of the excitement by taking part in cutting edge research and also use our unique geological status to do extensive research into the diseases prevalent in the North-eastern region. We would like to develop innovative solutions and be the torchbearer in this part of the world.
