library consultation

CONSULTATION
		The library committee has decided that the consultation for the Non-NEIGRIHMS member and visitors from other part of the country who intends to use the Library Resources for their Research and other purposes and other facilities may avail after getting permission from the Competent Authority and will be charged with a nominal fee as decided by the Committee and they will be provided with a temporary Consultation Card. Non-members of the Central Library are restricted to the borrowing facilities
